General description: The Production Support Engineer – Electrical is assisting the Site Subcontractor Manager as well as the Site Supervision Manager in providing engineering details necessary to allow correct production from the received engineering documentation, by tracking the effective implementation of construction processes in compliance with detailed engineering specifications. Liaise with Engineering in case of deviations, and provide engineering information on the “as built” situation.

• Developing technological and design documentation related to electrical field (especially pulling cables, connecting and installing the electrical system/switchboards).
• Coordinating and monitoring of technological process of construction, also providing recommendations on priorities to be established in terms of progress and providing prompt resolutions of problems related with production processes.
• Consulting with the management of the job preparation department and with foremen
of the production sites and issuing recommendations to them regarding the course of work, quality, problems and ways for improvement.
• Supporting quality control through inspections, checking of project documentation, verifying documentation produced by the job preparation department, tracking the technological processes of the production for the project.
• Evaluating reports and measurements in the course of work.
• Liaising with engineering subcontractor and ensuring proper feedback loop.

• Good general understending of maritime electrical discipline,
• Completed higher education in electrical engineering,
• At least 5 experience in similar professional field of work,
• Fluency in Russian & English technical language,
• Very good communication skills,
• Knowledge of Auto-Cad,
• Proficiency in MS Office.
