We are searching Senior Machinery Engineers willing to work in international project teams delivering solution and documentation for ships designed by Ulstein.

Job description
 *Prepare Schematic System Diagrams including calculations and reports
 *Develop arrangements/layouts for vessel compartments such as Engine room, Propulsion Room, Bow thrusters’ room etc.
 *Work with Class Approval documentation
 *Suggest best technical solutions based on issued drawings, building specification and suppliers technical documentation
 *Supporting machinery discipline leader and deliver drawings according to project plan, QA and QC and contract specification.
 *Contribute to the development of technical standards and production friendly methods and solutions

Qualifications
 Relevant practice at maritime industry,
 Fluent English speak, and writing is a must,
 Knowledge about detail design process,
 Knowledge of ship technical systems,
 Knowledge of relevant ship standards,
 Knowledge of AutoCAD or 3D Cadmatic design software,
 Experience with pipe routing, 3D modeling Cadmatic will be an advantage.
