Modern offshore industrial plant takes shape
The KSO joint venture has been set up by Bilfinger Berger (62,5 % of the share), Crist S.A. (25% of the share) and Mars, a state-owned investment fund (12,5 % of the share). The introductory conditional agreement concerning the sale of 20,9 hectare of the Gryfia Shipyard land was signed as the notarial deed.
As a result of the investment around 400 workplaces will be formed including Research and Development department. New plant will make steel support structures for 80 turbines which is 80 thousand tones of the steel constructions per year.
