Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority reminds entrepreneurs and companies interested in the lease of the Westpomeranian Logistics Center (WLC) in the port of Szczecin that they have one more week to express their interest in this location.

Future tenants can develop the WLC site according to their own needs, within the framework of warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing or service activities. SSSA is going to prepare an individualized offer. It will be based on the Investment Program Questionnaire , which is available on the company's website and which parties interested in the lease should fill in and sent together with the information about the interest in the lease of the area via electronic mail to e.kurdyla@port.szczecin.pl or submit in writing at the company's office: Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority , 7 Bytomska Street, 70-603 Szczecin. SSSA is waiting for the offers till 31st March this year.

The land of the WLC is fully ready for immediate lease. The area covers a total of nearly 9.4 hectares located in Szczecin at Stanisław Hryniewiecki Street and Ks. Stanisław Kujot Street. The lease may cover the whole area or its individual parts, starting from 2 ha. The area is fully ready for lease, developed, and the load capacity of access roads has been increased to 115 kN/axis.

The existing networks: water, gas, heat, electricity, telecommunication, sanitary and storm water drainage - are allowed for reconstruction, extension, renovation and construction of networks in a new location. The same applies to the 15/0.4 kV transformer stations supplied by a 15 kV cable line, sanitary sewage pumping stations and other facilities.


The Westpomeranian Logistics Centre is located close to the railroad line and sea and inland waterways. Another unquestionable advantage of this location is the proximity to the Duty Free Zone, container terminal and direct entry and exit from the port area to the exit road from Szczecin.
