Oil & Gas Pipeline Integrity Management
7 - 8 October 2010, Aberdeen, UK

The annual Oil & Gas Pipeline Integrity Management conference will provide attendees with a host of roundtable presentations focusing on operation, inspection and maintenance solutions for the pipeline industry. Heads of pipeline engineering from chief international operators have helped shape the agenda and will join an audience of leading service providers, contractors and manufacturers to identify best practice in the management of pipeline infrastructure.

The North Sea will provide the backdrop for the event, where particular attention will be paid to its mature assets and innovate ways in which to extend on current pipeline lifetimes and negotiate especially challenging conditions.

In addition to this, a number of sessions will also look at the impact of flow assurance chemicals and technology on the condition of oil and gas pipelines and original methods employed to tackle the perennial problem of pipeline corrosion. The Pipeline Integrity Management programme will offer a number of roundtable and panel discussions, workshops and practical demonstrations, drawing on real life operational challenges and pioneering solutions.

The Oil & Gas Pipeline Integrity Management conference will offer you the opportunity to:

•Identify the very latest pipeline management tools and technologies required to extend the life of mature assets
•Understand the obstacles and solutions associated with pipeline operations in challenging conditions such as deep water, high / low pressure and extreme temperatures
•Analyse the key issues relating to flow assurance methodologies and how they can impact upon pipeline integrity
•Evaluate effective ways in which to manage cost and project down-time, whilst ensuring that reliability remains top of the agenda
•Share practical experiences with professionals from across the pipeline industry through dedicated interactive sessions
