Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority invites interested parties to express their interest in the lease of the investment area in Szczecin port in Poland, defined as the Westpomeranian Logistics Centre (WLC). It is the plot of the area of ca 9.4 ha that can be used for the following functions: services, logistics, distribution and production. The area can be leased as a whole or separately, starting from 2 ha.

Attractive location

The area of the Westpomeranian Logistics Centre is located in the central point of Szczecin's seaport. Thanks to the excellent communication with the road system, it is possible to conveniently transport cargo between the planned investments and the adjacent quays. The direct vicinity of companies providing cargo handling services and all kinds of port-related activities makes it possible to significantly reduce the costs of many operations.

An unquestionable advantage of this location is also the proximity of the Duty Free Zone, the railway tracks and the direct entry to and exit from the port area to the exit road from Szczecin. Moreover, all necessary utilities, including tele-technical infrastructure, are located in the vicinity of the offered properties. Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority, as a media supplier, ensures the quality of the provided services at the highest level.

Land fully ready for lease

The area of the Westpomeranian Logistics Centre includes the plots located at Stanisław Hryniewiecki Street and Ks. Stanisław Kujot Street in port of Szczecin in Poland. The WLC area was divided into two parts with a surface of 5.99 ha and 3.39 ha. They are separated by a road.

These areas are fully ready for lease - developed, and the bearing capacity of access roads has been increased to 115 kN/axis.

The existing networks - water, gas, heat, electricity, telecommunication, sanitary and storm water drainage and sanitary sewage pumping pipelines - are allowed for reconstruction, extension, renovation and construction of networks in a new location. The same applies to the 15/0.4 kV transformer stations supplied by a 15 kV cable line, sanitary sewage pumping stations and other facilities.

Wide range of possibilities

The future lessees are offered by the SSSA to carry out an investment consisting in, among others, construction of building facilities for the following functions: services, logistics, distribution, production, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure.

The company has made efforts to lease these investment sites with a view to ensuring further dynamic development of the sea ports in Szczecin and Świnoujście.

The invitation of Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority is directed to entities interested in leasing investment areas in the port of Szczecin, for which the possibility of transporting goods by sea is an important element. They can do so by completing the Investment Program Questionnaire (IPQ), which is available on the Company's website: https://www.port.szczecin.pl/en/offer/for-investors/investment-property/szczecin/the-west-pomeranian-logistics-centre/call-for-interests/
