
Polish wind energy sector has come off age. After a few years of rapid development it is no longer a rapidly booming market. Instead, its growth has matured and gained its steady course.
The industry faces now further challenges. Developing the energy infrastructure to incorporate the wind -derived energy is costly and time-consuming. Financing existing and new project has become an issue. Technologies have moved on and some older instalations already call for revamping. Routine maintenance work kicked in. On top of that, implementing policies to allow for ruther growth of the sector proves often difficult.
This scenario, know well in many coutries already, is now shared by wind sector in Poland.
