Twenty years after commencing operations, GCT remains one of Poland’s key container transport hubs, continuously investing in expanding its cargo-handling capacity and reducing emissions. Last year, the terminal recorded its highest-ever annual throughput, handling 465,000 TEU, while also surpassing the milestone of 6 million TEU handled since the start of operations. Today, GCT serves regular shipping services and cargoes carried by vessels operated by, among others, Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express, Ellerman City Liners, DP World and ZIM.
