Mostostal Pomorze S.A. has completed work on another project for the subsea industry.

The delivered structures will be used for the needs of three gas fields located in the northern part of the Norwegian Sea. The structures made by Mostostal Pomorze were created as part of the Skarv Satellites Project (SSP) and were ordered by Aker Solutions for Aker BP (operator). Each structure weighs about 300 tons and the project was carried out over a period of 11 months. Within the scope of Mostostal, there was prefabrication of 3 sets of template structures with hatches, prefabrication and installation of piping, installation on suction anchors, anti-corrosion protection and compliance tests. As the structures (templates) will be installed on the seabed in water depths of between 370 m and 400 m, they had to go through functionality tests and acceptance with the participation of the end customer before shipment. The loading of the completed structures was carried out with the participation of a floating crane Uglen (crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 800t).
