Polboat Yachting Festival Began in Gdynia
Date of publication: 24.07.2026

From 23 to 26 July 2026, the Marina Yacht Park in Gdynia, owned by the PHN Group, is hosting the seventh edition of the Polboat Yachting Festival, the largest in-water boat show in this part of Europe. The event also provides an opportunity to showcase the potential of Poland's yachting industry, one of the country's fastest-growing and most technologically advanced sectors.

The festival's primary objective is to promote water sports while allowing visitors to experience yachts and boats in their natural environment—on the water. Admission is free, and the programme features a wide range of attractions, including water sports demonstrations, spectacular aerial flyboard performances by the championship team Fly-board.eu, exhibitor presentations, meetings with distinguished guests—including renowned sailors—and competitions with prizes.

Over the four-day event, visitors can view motorboats, sailing yachts, catamarans and personal watercraft, watch water sports demonstrations, attend expert panel discussions, and experience the pleasure of yachting through complimentary cruises offered as part of the "Become a Water Enthusiast" initiative. The programme is organised in partnership with Pantaenius Polska and the Sztorm Grupa sailing school.

This year's edition features more than 110 vessels, including almost 30 premieres, several of them making their world debut. Exhibitors are showcasing yachts and boats from leading Polish shipyards alongside the world's most renowned international brands. In addition to companies that have participated in previous editions, the exhibition also welcomes a number of new exhibitors with equally attractive product offerings.

The organisers emphasise that Polish yacht builders are modern, employ the best available technologies and materials, and that the yachts and boats they produce receive awards every year for quality and innovation at the world's leading international boat shows. Alongside Poland's best-known brands, Sunreef Yachts and Galeon Yachts, visitors to the Gdynia exhibition can also explore vessels built by Balt-Yacht, Canna Boats, Cavo Marine, Cobrey Yachts, Golden Slide Marine, Green Dream Boats, Lamdo, Massiv Boats, N'Fun Yachting, Northman, Parker Poland, Pegazus Boats, Sportis, TES Yachts, Vulcan Yachts, VTS Yachts and Wiszniewski Yachts.

On the opening day of the exhibition, the POLBOAT Night Gala will take place. This year's event will primarily celebrate the 20th anniversary of POLBOAT, while also hosting the presentation of the GDYNIA POLBOAT AWARDS, held under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Gdynia. The competition aims to select the most outstanding sailing yacht and motor yacht exhibited at the POLBOAT YACHTING FESTIVAL. The winners will be chosen by a jury comprising distinguished yacht designers, engineers and specialist journalists, chaired by Stanisław Iwiński, Editor-in-Chief of the yachtsmen.eu portal.
