On Sunday, 22nd January, another hybrid ferry left Crist Shipyard. It had the project name P 317. Carried out for the Finnish ferry operator, Finnishferries, it was designed by the Polish deisgn studio StoGda Ship Design & Engineering sp z.o.o. together with LMG (Nordic Fastening Group).

The vessel will be sailing on Nauvo-Korpoo route in Finland. P 317 will have batteries charging onland where the process will take only a few minutes. The ship is 70 metres long and will be capable of transporting up to 52 cars or combination of trailers, trucks, coaches and cars, as well as 200 passengers. It is two-sided which enables quick loading and unloading.

The ferry is designed to be steered by only one person, though on this route there will be two crew members.

Launched on 21st 2022, the ferry is the third hybrid vessel that Finferries ordered from Gdynia's Crist Shipyard. The first one was a 96-metres long Elektra, the first in European Union and second in the world hybrid ferry.
