SLIPFORM sp. z o.o. and the Maritime University Of Szczecin (Politechnika Morska w Szczecinie) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing innovative technological solutions and strengthening links between academia and the industrial sector.

The agreement provides for the organisation of specialised training programmes for the offshore and hydrotechnical construction sectors, covering the design, analysis, and execution of reinforced concrete structures using slipform technology. Particular emphasis will be placed on GBS (Gravity Base Structures), i.e. concrete gravity foundations used in offshore wind energy.

We believe that cooperation with the Maritime University of Szczecin will translate into tangible success for both parties and contribute to the development of the entire sector,” said Daniel Kisała.

An important element of the partnership will be the consultation and co-development of curricula to ensure alignment with current market needs and industry challenges.

Through this agreement, the institutions aim to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with engineering practice, ultimately enabling the education of highly qualified specialists prepared to work in rapidly developing sectors of the economy.
